Promote Your Business

Have you ever wondered why McDonald is still advertising its fastfood outlet? Come on - who doesn't know McDonald? Even my my 3 years old son Akalil knows that McDonald is where he can get fries (and of course, the playground).
Ask around, "Do you know what McDonald sells?", and you might get a "Helloooo.... where have you been all this while? Pluto?".

Ask the whole world - everyone who is living in a moderate civilization will know the yellow "M" sign.

So why does McDonald still advertise? Why is McDonald spending millions of $$$ to tell people about its business?

Because McDonald understands the necessity of constantly promoting itself to retain its share of the fastfood market, that's why. Otherwise, McDonald will lose out to its competitors like Burger King, KFC, etc.

The big players are promoting their business even though many people knows about its existence.

Small business owners like us starts a company, and then sy away from advertising. No wonder we don't sell like the big guys - NOT MANY PEOPLE KNOW WHAT WE ARE SELLING!

And you might ask, "Yeah... but advertising is darn expensive."

Affordable even to the makcik who sells pisang goreng by the roadside.
