I did this site about 3 to 4 years back with Allan (he's an Eilham member now - but he knew of Eilham when it was a budding site in mid 2001):

It was developed using php and MySQL, using Mambo as the backe-end Content Management System.

After all these years, the site hasn't changed - I guess they must have like it very much.
