ADDIE - An Approach To Realize Eilham Awards Portal

In many multimedia development projects, I follow the following methodology:

A - Analysis
D - Design
D - Development
I - Implementation
E - Evaluation

The ADDIE model is a generic process originally aimed at assisting instructional designers and subject matter experts to produce e-learning objects, but I see reasonable values in applying the model to the Eilham Awards Portal project. Besides, the portal itself is aimed as a training grounds for budding Malaysian web designers, and Yayasan Bina Insan Malaysia (YBIM) and I would expect some great names will be borne from this endeavour.

Yes, I think that the ADDIE model would suit this project neatly, if not perfectly.
